CIDA National Art Exhibit - This exhibit seeks to capture, through the eyes of youth of Kandahar, an alternate perspective about the realities of life in Afghanistan as seen through the lens of the next generation of Afghans. Supported by CIDA, this project was organized in conjunction with the Afghan Innovative Consulting Bureau, a community-based organization located in Kandahar. Queen Elizabeth School will be displaying the art work from November 9 through 29 in the school library and the exhibit will be featured during the National Virtual Remembrance Day Ceremony.

Vigil Project - Queen Elizabeth School is taking part in the Vigil Project from November 8 to Wednesday, Nov. 10. The names of individuals who lost their lives during World War I will be projected 24 hours a day from the office into the hallway for nine seconds. The names include the members of the Canadian Expeditionary Force, the Canadian Merchant Navy, the Canadian Army Medical Corps as well as the Royal Newfoundland Regiment.
