Jumping for Health

As part of their physical education class for the past month, the students from Menisa School have been participating in jump rope. This program has been run with the support of the school's Parent Council and is being offered to reinforce the fun and importance of physical activity.

The skipping sessions have been led by Brent Purnell from the Lynx Fitness and the Sky Catz Jump Rope demonstration team.

The last day of skipping will take place on Wednesday, December 6 during the student's gym classes.
