Edmonton Christian School Students Display Their Artwork

Edmonton Christian School students from Grades 2 to 12 are bringing joy and encouragement to inner city residents through artwork. Since the third week of October, 23 student works of art have been on display at the Mennonite Centre for Newcomers on 101 Street and 107A Avenue. The artwork will be on display at the Centre until January, when it will be moved to another inner-city organization. Each time the show is moved, the host organization chooses a piece of art to keep in their permanent collection.

This is the second year for the Creation and Colour Art Show. It began last year with student artwork being displayed at the Cornerstone Counseling Services and the Herb Jamieson Centre.
