What: Lee Ridge School takes on Mission Impossible!
As an APPLE school (Alberta Project Promoting active Living & healthy Eating in Schools), Lee Ridge is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for students.

From March 7 to March 18, students in Kindergarten to Grade 6 are working to complete an obstacle course in the gym which showcases their physical and mental toughness and puts the skills they have learned in physical education to the test. Students aim to make it through challenges such as the snake pit, the jungle crawl and the shark tank without being caught talking or breaking the rules. If they can successfully make it through all 14 challenges, they earn one point for their team. Students must be proactive and focus on the end goal in order to complete the mission successfully.
