McNally School Students Pedal to Fight Cancer

What: McNally School Students Pedal to Fight Cancer
Staff and students at McNally School will participate in the Tiger Spirit Bike-a-thon to raise funds for the fight against cancer. The Bike-a-thon will consist of 37 teams of approximately 8-12 students. Team members will take turns riding stationary bikes in the large gym for 24 hours with the goal of raising $45,000.

Many of the school's staff members, students, friends and families have been affected by cancer. In an effort to overcome this devastating disease, McNally has developed a long standing tradition of raising money for Cops for Cancer through Head Shave Events, Grad Committee Christmas Pancake Breakfasts and Tiger Spirit Bike-a-thons. In the spirit of McNally's motto, "Nothing but the Best" and through the efforts of students, staff and the community, the school has donated in excess of $193,000 to the Canadian Cancer Society.
