Good Things Are Happening
MALMO SCHOOL STUDENTS RAP ABOUT THE SOLAR SYSTEM

On Thursday, December 4, at 7 p.m., Grade 6 students at Malmo School will bring their sky science unit to life by rapping about the seasons and performing skits about moon phases, sun-viewing safety, and day and night. These are all part of brain research strategies, which help students forge stronger connections with the curriculum. Other strategies include, narrative chaining, mnemonic devices and super heroes like Magnitude, who has a magnet and 2D.

In addition to the students' performances, they will also share some research and guests can view the sky through a telescope.
