GARNEAU SCHOOL STUDENT DONATES $10,000 TO RYAN'S WELL FOUNDATION

On Friday, November 28 at 1 p.m., Finn Case, a Grade 2 student at Garneau School, will present a cheque for $10,000 to Ryan Hreljac, founder of Ryan's Well Foundation. Finn has raised the money by selling lemonade at home and school; sending letters to companies and organizations; and holding a benefit concert at the school. Finn also received donations from students at McNally and Westglen Schools.

Ryan's Well Foundation, is a non-profit organization that builds wells in areas of the world that lack clean drinking water. Since 1998, Ryan's Well has built 461 wells in 16 countries, bringing clean water and sanitation services to nearly 600,000 people.
