NAMING OF NEW SCHOOLS
The Edmonton Public School Board is preparing to break ground on six new K-9 schools and is seeking public input for school names.
We suggest new school names may be:
When submitting a name for consideration, please include any relevant background information in support of the name provided. The District will consider all names submitted for the new K-9 schools.
Submissions may be emailed to Jyde.Heaven@epsb.ca, faxed to Jyde Heaven, Planner, Planning at (780) 425-0323, dropped off at the Centre for Education, 1 Kingsway, or dropped off at the main office of any school in the district. Submissions will be accepted until December 31, 2008. Please include your contact information in case follow-up is needed.

The new schools are scheduled to open for the 2010-2011 school year.
